Massage this point on the big toe to get rid of sinuses
4. Menstrual cramp
Menstrual cramps are painful sensations that affect many women before and during a menstrual period.
Massage this point to relax the uterus and reduce pain during menstruation.
5. Hypertension
Hypertension also known as high blood pressure is a long-term medical condition in which the blood pressure in the arteries is persistently elevated.
Apply pressure to this point to relax blood flow.
6. Insomnia
Insomnia is a sleep disorder that is characterized by difficulty falling and/or staying asleep.
Press this point to promote relaxation and induce sleep.
7. Depression
Depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity that can affect a person's thoughts, behavior, feelings, and sense of well-being.
Pinch the tip of each toe to promote serotonin (happiness hormone)
8. Asthma
Asthma is a chronic lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways in the lungs. Symptoms include coughing, shortness of breath, and chest tightness.
Massage this point to aid breathing.
9. Arthritis
Arthritis is a term often used to mean any disorder that affects joints. Symptoms generally include joint pain and stiffness.
Press down and apply firm pressure to this area to relieve stiffness from joints.
10. Sperm count
